- What is self storage and how does it work?
Renting a storage unit is a great solution to clear up some much-needed space at home or to hold much needed business items. All of our storage facilities offer clean, secure storage solutions at affordable prices.
- How much does self storage cost?
Our rates vary between unit sizes and type of storage. For more information about our pricing, check out our rates page.

- Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?
Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials, and perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.
- What is the best way to pack a unit?
Larger and more infrequently used items should go in the back of the unit. Remember to keep a walkway in the center of your unit to more easily access items. Always keep items labeled and a list of items stored, even a photo on the outside of each box will allow you to "see" what's inside.

- When can I get to my stored belongings?
Any day, any time. Your storage unit is available 24/7 thanks to bluetooth locks that open with an app! You’ll receive a personal gate code when you rent your storage unit, letting you into the facility whenever you want.
- Do I have to sign a long-term lease?
Not here. Rent on a month-to-month basis and avoid getting locked into a contract you can’t break. There are no early termination fees for leaving when you’re ready to move out!
- Will I need to buy a lock for my storage unit?
We’ve got you covered. Your storage unit comes with a bluetooth smart lock for modern security that goes beyond old-school locks. No need to go shopping for a lock. Your neighbors at My Stash have your back.
- How do I move out?
We prefer a 30-day notice that you’re ready to move out so you aren’t charged for another month, but we can work with you if you didn’t know that far in advance. We’ll follow up with you about cleanout details and get you on the way to your next big step!
- How do I open the gate?
Open our gate with a keypad with a unique code you get when you start renting. You can even change your keypad code later to personalize it. Our gate also opens with the same smartphone app that controls your storage unit’s Bluetooth lock!
- How do I unlock my storage unit?
You’ll use an easy-to-download phone app to open your Bluetooth lock on your storage unit. We’ll send you the app information when you rent!
